imei managed IT Services provides trained, certified, accredited support and service engineers working with our processes and systems to provide you and your users with outstanding technical support.

imei Services components are already included with imei Lifecycle mobile fleet management solutions and with imei UCaaS unified communications solutions.

Other imei Services modules can be added to existing services or engaged on a project basis.

imei Helpdesk services are delivered via a dedicated Australia-based contact centre in northern Sydney, staffed with knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate Customer Support experts.

imei Helpdesk is included as part of the imei Lifecycle solution for mobile device fleet management and is available as an optional module on other imei solutions.

imei Managed Support Services are arranged around support priority – designated as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and MACs (Move, Add, Change requests).  The imei support services are governed by agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which are measured on every support ticket, and reported to our clients monthly. Support offerings are via helpdesk, remote access and onsite depending on the level of support required.

imei Managed Support Services are included with imei Lifecycle and UCaaS solutions and can be added as optional inclusions with other imei solutions.
