At this stage imei Pty Ltd can only accept payments using the methods stated in the View Cart section of this web site. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched and imei are unable to accept COD charges.
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify imei Pty Ltd in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. imei Pty Ltd may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
imei Pty Ltd is currently using GoDaddy 128-bit Strong Encryption secure server software. Secure server software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. If you still do not want to use your credit card over the internet please feel free to utilise one of the alternate payment methods at the check out section of the site. These options include cheque and mail order. Upon receipt of your payment, the ordered goods will be despatched immediately.

Orders & Delivery
imei or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by imei as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by imei Pty Ltd to be authorised to receive the goods. If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. imei may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, imei may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. imei reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned within the 7 day return period unless items are deemed defective or DOA. All returned items including DOA/ELF returns must be returned to imei in their original condition & packaging for a credit to be raised. Any DOA/ELF items that are not returned in this condition or are missing contents will be repaired under the manufactures guidelines. Unless otherwise specified, the benefits conferred by warranties set out herein are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the Trade Practices Act. imei Pty Ltd may, at its sole option, revise the Policies from time to time without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Typographical, product description, pricing, images and other errors are subject to correction, even after orders and/or payment are accepted. Manufacturer warranty and imei Extended Warranty if any applies: imei HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. imei Pty Ltd does not guarantee product compatibility. Not all products are eligible for return and not all products that are eligible for return are to be returned to imei Pty Ltd. Carefully review all return policies (below) before making your purchase. Shipping charges may apply and are not refundable.

Faulty products (Dead on arrival)
In the event that you receive a product that's not in working order you should notify our Customer Service Staff immediately upon receipt of the product. In the event a product develops a fault (except those due to willful damage, or customer misuse) within the first 14 days after purchase you should notify our Customer Service Staff immediately upon noticing the fault so we can process the return as a "Dead on Arrival Product". You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number in accordance with the above procedures. You will need to package and address the product for return in accordance with the above procedures. We will arrange for the product to be collected from you for return to imei. If it is determined that the product is not defective it will be returned to you and you will be invoiced a processing fee and freight costs associated with the return. For products which are found to be Dead on Arrival a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you.
With the exception of Ex-Demo, Ex-Rental, Soiled or Damaged products, all products unless noted otherwise, are sold with the full Manufacturer's Warranty. The warranty period and service level varies by manufacturer and product. If you are interested in purchasing an Extended Warranty, please contact your Sales Consultant. All claims for Warranty Service outside the "Dead on Arrival" period should in the first instance, be directed to the Manufacturer or their Authorised Service Centre. If the Manufacturer directs you to return the product to us as the Retailer, then you must contact our Customer Service Staff within 14 days of first noticing the problem for which you are claiming service under warranty, and at least 14 days before the expiration of the warranty period specified by the Manufacturer otherwise we cannot authorise a return.
You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number in accordance with the above procedures, but you will need to specify that the goods are being returned under the Manufacturers Warranty. You will also need to provide any additional information that may be required under the Manufacturers Warranty Procedures. You will need to package and address the product for return in accordance with the above procedures. You will need to arrange for return delivery of the product to the address listed in the Contact Us section of this website. imei Pty Ltd will not pay, nor reimburse any costs associated with a customer-organised shipment. The product must be received by our warehouse at least 7 days prior to expiration of the Manufacturers warranty period so as to allow sufficient time for the product to be returned to the Manufacturer before the expiration of the warranty period. Upon receipt of the product, imei Pty Ltd will return the product to the Manufacturer or their Authorised Service Centre for Repair/Replacement. The product will be Repaired/Replaced at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer. Should the Manufacturer determine that the fault is not covered by Warranty then we will advise you of the quoted repair costs and ask if you wish to proceed with repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repair the Manufacturer may charge you an inspection fee. Once the product is returned to imei Pty Ltd from the Manufacturer or their Authorised Service Centre we will arrange return delivery of the product to you. For products where the Manufacturer has determined the fault is not covered by Warranty we require payment of the Manufacturer's service charges and any costs associated with processing of the return prior to returning the product to you. If you have problems contacting the Manufacturer or their Authorised Service Centre then please contact our Customer Service staff so we can assist you with your warranty claim.
Damaged in Transit Product
In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been Damaged in Transit you should:-
- Refuse to accept delivery of the product.
- Direct the Courier to Return Goods to Sender.
- Notify our Customer Service Staff immediately on 1300657799 or by e-mail at: email@example.com.
If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged in transit you should notify our Customer Service Staff immediately. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number in accordance with the above procedures. You will need to package and address the product for return in accordance with the above procedures. We will arrange for the product to be collected from you for return to imei.
For products which are found to be damaged in transit a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of product returned and the freight costs associated with the initial delivery to you
