What is the role:

We are seeking an ambitious initiative-taker who can help grow our business and deliver long-term value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing strategic new business to achieve revenue targets

  • Building and maintaining an accurate, viable sales pipeline, with the support of a Sales Development Representative

  • Working with leadership and sales enablement team to execute sales strategies and plans

  • Understanding customers’ objectives, challenges, buying criteria, and decision-making processes

  • Map target enterprise accounts, understand the tech stack, and align solutions based on their challenges and priorities

  • Leveraging relationships with existing customers and strategic partners for incremental growth

  • Collaborating with internal teams and vendor specialists to ensure success

Who are we looking for:

An experienced and driven individual to identify, qualify and sell directly to mid-market though to enterprise and government organisations within key industry groups aligned to our solution portfolio.

  • 2–4 years of successful B2B sales experience in an MSP or SI or ICT Solution provider

  • Demonstrated success from mid-market through to enterprise sales (250+ seats)

  • Proven history of selling technology projects that have multiple influences and decision makers within enterprise and government organisations

  • Robust familiarity with ICT solutions such as managed data networks, network and end point security concepts, unified communications and associated connectivity

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to close

  • Demonstrated achievement of retiring and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Process driven with strong focus on pipeline management

  • Proven experience with identifying, generating leads and cultivating networks

  • Experience in selling any of these;

    • IT outsourcing, professional and managed services

    • ICT Infrastructure, SDWAN, Mobility services and connectivity

    • Unified communications, collaboration, messaging and contact centres

  • Desirable skills and experience though not essential;

    • Formal sales training or frameworks (e.g. TAS, SPIN, MH Strategic Selling, Challenger)

    • Familiar with Cyber Security concepts
