About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Logistics Administrator to join a growing team in a fast paced environment for a leading Australian Telco company!

The successful candidate will be involved in project support work and will provide a broad range of administration and assistance to our Logistics team. During your first year you will be part of a major exciting project! A role that will evolve over time and include a variety of responsibilities that include:

  • Maintaining databases of logistics information
  • Coordinating and servicing all our equipment
  • Perform administrative duties and provide support to all departments with a real focus on our Professional Services Team, in regards to inventory analysis and management, data analysis, data entry and data extraction
  • Maintain effective communication channels with all departments
  • Maintain relevant, accurate and accessible records of all activities


About you

Attributes & competencies that we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a logistical support role
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communication and written communication skills.
