Challenge

Star uses mobility on the gaming floor, within the facilities business serving the hotel and casino properties, and in a number of other areas within the business. When an existing service contract came up for renewal, imei backed up its exemplary service record with additional value-added offerings.

Solution

In tandem with Telstra, imei simplified plans using the CMP (Corporate Mobile Plus) construct As an added layer of service, imei also incorporated Expense Manager to help Star better understand their monthly billing. Expense Manager provides visibility of spend at an end user level giving Star administrators more oversight and control. Part of the solution also includes managing the Citrix XenMobile platform on behalf of Star to secure devices and deploy apps to end users.
