About the role
Part-Time Accounts Receivable Officer: 3 days per week (this could possibly increase in time)
The Finance Team at imei require a highly organised and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer.
Reporting to the Head of Finance some of your duties will include:
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Debt collection
- Processing of specialised client invoices
- Maintenance of cash flow forecast
- Responding to customer enquiries
This is a highly autonomous role and the successful applicant will need to have a high level of attention to detail and be willing to help out in other areas of the Finance team. Experience in a similar role is required along with previous MYOB, NETSUITE or similar accounting software experience. Proficient excel skills are essential.
